  • There should be at least five objects here, and they should be placed apart so that you have enough space  to go between them in a zigzag pattern and at high speed.

This is a very easy movement and only requires a flat surface. Weightlifting is an effective movement that increases body strength and speeds up the metabolism.

  • You should lie face down on the floor and  lift your body by pushing yourself up.
  • Put your palms and feet on the floor, and keep your arms fully extended as you push yourself up.

The idea is to do the push-ups  several times and then gradually increase the number of reps  as your strength increases.

4. Knee lifts in sitting position

To make this move,  lie on your back on a small rug on a flat floor.

  • When you are in this position, put your hands firmly around your neck.
  • Now then  hook your knees to your chest.
  • Repeat this exercise for at least a minute to get a good effect.
  • Then lower your legs, pat your stomach, and rest for a few minutes, and then start over again.
  • You can also make this movement while sitting in a chair, as shown in the picture above.

5. String jumping

This is an extremely easy exercise – you may have done this as a child, but not knowing that it is a very effective form of body shaping. You just need a rope and a little motivation.

  • Start by  jumping your legs together so that you try to get your knees to touch your chest.
  • You can increase the intensity of the jumps by doing them with one foot in half-minute increments.
