Substances

  • 1 package of tagliatelle pasta (or similar)
  • 4 salmon medallions without skin (approx. 600 g)
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Sauce ingredients

  • 100 g of cream cheese
  • 2 goblets of natural yogurt
  • 1 lemon
  • black pepper
  • chives

Preparation of sauce

  1. Mix the cheese and yogurt together until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Grate the lemon zest and add it and half the lemon juice to the mixture.
  3. Add pepper and chives and bring the mixture to a cold retreat.

Salmon production

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Boil the pasta in plenty of water and add salt to the boiling water. Strain the pasta when it is cooked and keep hot in a saucepan.
  3. Put the salmon medallions in the oven pan.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  5. Bake / grill in the oven for 10 min. If you do not have a grill, bake in the oven pan on baking paper.

Salmon with lemon sauce

Substances

  • 4 Skinless (and boneless) lit salmon
  • 6 shallots
  • 1 lemon
  • 2.5 dl food cream
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg

Manufacturing

  1. Shred lemon peel into thin strips and fry in butter until they begin to dry strips.
  2. Add the diced onion and fry until the onion has become transparent.
  3. Add the juice of half a lemon and bring to a slow boil. Then allow to cool.
  4. Add cream and heat and stir. Keep on low heat until only half of the mixture is left.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Place the foil on a baking sheet and grease the area the size of the salmon pieces with butter.
  7. Put the fish pieces on a baking sheet and add salt and pepper. Cover the fish pieces with the sauce.

Salmon with lemon-dill sauce

Substances

  • 500 g of salmon
  • half a lemon
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
  • 0.5 dl of white wine
  • 3 dl cream or milk
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 6 boiled carrots

Manufacturing

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Wash, peel and chop carrots and potatoes. Boil them in water with salt until cooked through. Set aside and keep hot.
  3. Put the salmon on the baking sheet. You can put foil or baking paper underneath to protect the sheet metal to make it easier to wash.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill and olive oil. Set the salmon aside to retreat.
You can make salmon with lemon sauce, making different variations of it.

Preparation of lemon-dill sauce

  1. Slice the peel of half a lemon, use only the yellow outer peel. Set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
  3. Add flour and stir for 5 min.
  4. Add the lemon zest.
  5. Add white wine and keep the heat low.
  6. Add the chopped lemon zest.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Add the dill and stir until the sauce is thick.
  9. Now it’s the milk / cream turn. You may want to add sugar to eliminate the sour taste.
