  • 5 eggs
  • 500 g (delicacy) of mushrooms

  • 2 slices of bread diced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 190º C.
  • Put oil on the bottom of the oven pan. Add the garlic and chili peppers and place the pan in the oven for about 5 minutes and remove from the oven.
  • Add the spring onion and mushrooms and mix well.
  • Add roasted peppers and bread crumbs.
  • Add oil and put back in the oven for a few minutes. Take the pan out of the oven to add the eggs.
  • Season with salt and parsley and bake for about 10 minutes.
  • When baking is complete, take it out of the oven and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Serve with mushroom sauce and enjoy!
