Refresh your eyes with a light massage

refresh your eyes by rubbing them

This massage helps to revitalize the eyes and make them look much healthier. This technique activates blood circulation, tensions the eyes and skin, and thus brings vitality to the eyes.

Start by washing your hands thoroughly and then apply any of the above creams to your hands. You can use egg white, avocado or cucumber paste. Start by rubbing the area directly under the eyes and move in a rotating motion upwards until you reach the eyelid and then the eyebrows. Always move ‘forward’ with rotating movements.

Now use your thumb and forefinger and squeeze the bridge of your nose. Then place your fingers over the tear ducts in the inner corners of your eyes and make small rotating movements with both of your fingers. This activates blood circulation in the area.

Next, pinch the eyelids and gently pull them. Rub both eyelids in a circular motion . Using your middle finger, gently pat the eye bags under your eyes.

Finally: Relax for a moment by covering your eyes with the palm of your hand for a few minutes. Repeat this massage three times.
