Any of your favorite vegetables are suitable for this recipe and the taste of the egg will still come out very well. In fact, you can make several different versions to suit your taste. This is an easy basic recipe.

Substances

  • 4-5 eggs
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 small pepper
  • cheese grated
  • 2 slices of turkey slices
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Manufacturing

  • Chop the carrot into small cubes and cook over low heat.
  • Fry the peppers and onions in a drop of olive oil over low heat in a small pan. If you want, you can add chicken to the omelet and fry it at this point.
  • When the vegetables are golden and the carrot is soft, take the pan off the stove. Strain off excess liquids if necessary.
  • Beat the eggs lightly in a separate bowl. Add cheese and chopped turkey slices. Mix well.
  • Add salt and pepper and vegetables to the egg mixture.
  • Heat a frying pan and add 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Pour the egg mixture from one bowl into the pan, and use on low heat.
  • When the eggplant can be lifted easily, fold it in half with a spatula.
  • Let the omelette bake for about 5 minutes before turning. Turn and bake the other side also for about 5 min.
  • If there seems to be too much egg mixture in one pan, fry first half and then the other half of the egg mixture.
  • This will give you an omelet for the whole family.

Spinach egg

Substances

  • 4-5 eggs
  • 3 dl spinach leaves
  • 1 dl chopped leek
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 teaspoons salt

Manufacturing

  • Fry the chopped leek first in olive oil over low heat.
  • Add the washed and chopped spinach leaves and stir. Remove from heat for about 1 min.
  • Beat the eggs lightly in a bowl and add salt, pepper and spinach and leek to the bowl. Stir.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan over the spinach and leek and fry for a few minutes on low heat.
  • Turn the omelet using a spatula when it starts to look ripe. Let it cook on both sides. Enjoy the omelet with the whole family!
